Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Oliver Cabell box and dust bag, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
